Thanks!

*********************

My answer:

Your first step is learning what happens during a healthy menstrual cycle.

The second step is learning how to chart your fertility signs (your cervical fluid and waking temperature) -- and then, charting yours!

The third step is learning how to read your charts so that you know which days you are fertile, which days you are not fertile, and how to identify common gynecological problems from the information that your body gives freely.

The fourth step is experimenting with your diet and night-lighting to strengthen your reproductive health.

My books explain how to take all of these steps. You can find THE GARDEN OF FERTILITY (Avery/Penguin) and HONORING OUR CYCLES (New Trends) online. They may also may be available at your local, independent bookstore. You need to buy a thermometer. You can download charts from my website for free.

Best of luck,

Katie Singer

Welcome

Good cheer,

I am a novelist, an artist, and I write about the menstrual cycle and natural birth control and I have lots of opinions and experiences that I look foward to blogging.
